A typical Engage solution takes about 3-4 months, depending on factors such as time of year, your staff’s schedules, and so on. Integrations with your existing software may also take additional time.

There are 3 key pricing considerations: Implementation, Subscription, and Integrations.

Implementations are a one-time cost to configure and personalized the solution to meet your needs.

Subscriptions are based on usage, not the number of users. The number of users is virtually unlimited. The subscription pricing factors in such things as the number of parcels or units, number of service requests, etc. along the storage duration of records.

Integrations are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend the level of effort involved.

3Di handles all host monitoring, operations, and software upgrade support, both for all web and mobile applications.

In addition, all Engage solutions come with end-user support, which we call “Genie Hours”.  You don’t know what you will need help with and quite frankly, neither do we. To ensure your solution runs smoothly, every solution comes with a minimum of 10 hours of “Genie Hours” support to handle such things as report creation, form generation, and so on. If 10 hours is not enough, you can add more. (Additional cost)

All support costs are included in the subscription pricing.

3Di has agreements with major international hosting providers. Typically, most Engage solutions are hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS) because we have them to be not the most cost-effective but they deliver superior services that meet our customers’ needs.

However, if you prefer another hosting provider, such as Microsoft, Google, or Oracle, we can accommodate your needs. Pricing may vary.

We do not change the way you work. 3Di enhances the way you work.

During implementation, our business process analysts will sit down with you, document your business processes, and create workflow diagrams.  Once these workflows are approves by you, the delivery team will configure the Engage solution, personalized to meet your needs.

3Di solutions are personalized to meet the need of each individual customer. Things like parcel/unit information, map overlays, etc. take some effort to make the solution meaningful for your needs.

We can offer a “student drive” with one of our “driving” instructors, to help guide you through the correct usage and to highlight important features and functions.
