3Di Systems Service Satisfaction Program is a simple process that allows you to meet your need quickly. The process is as follows:
We meet with you to specify in detail exactly what is needed (i.e., number of resources, skill sets, personality, work environment, and project details).
After agreeing upon a start date and price, 3Di identifies interviews, tests, and screens candidates.
Our Service Satisfaction Program is designed to reduce our client’s risk.
- 3Di carefully selects a qualified consultant and they report to you for work.
- You evaluate the consultant during the first 40 hours of work.
- If after the first 40 hours, you are not completely satisfied with the 3Di consultant, you are not billed for the consultant’s hours, and 3Di will replace the consultant. If you approve of the consultant’s work, he or she remains on contract.
