LOS ANGELES, CA – May X, 2019 – 3Di Systems (3disystems.com) announced that several cities they’ve partnered with were honored with various awards for creating more innovative cities and local governments.
The 2019 Smart50 award, which is focused on highlight the top 50 most transformative smart projects every year, recently named the city of Las Vegas as one of their winners in the Community Engagement category. The city was recognized for its GoVegas app, a mobile application that allowed citizens to submit service requests, find parking, and locate public art.
Likewise, the CSWeek311 is an award dedicated to honoring a centralized government customer service center. The award is focused on local governments and how they improve performance, teamwork, customer experience, processes and collaboration.
The city of Los Angeles was a finalist for the 2019 CS311 Award of Excellence for its MyLA311 program. This included better call recording, smart cell phones, and a 24/7 virtual assistant added to the MYLA311 website.
In previous years, the city of Atlanta has also been honored as a 2018 CS311 winner for their ATL311 technology. Specifically, the city was recognized for upgrades to their website, data driven processes, reporting, and more.
